01 How we build it
Built to spec in Joliet.
Features
- Drive: Two (2) 1.9” diameter powered rollers (reversing capable)
- Motor: Two (2) 24v DC
- Controls: Drive cards and zone photo eyes
- Speed: Variable from 20 to 190 FPM
- Bed: 18” wide roller bed with 1.9” diameter, 16 gauge galvanized steel rollers spaced on 3” centers with 7/16” hex, spring loaded axles, abec-1 bearings
- Zones: Two (2) 24” zones for zero pressure accumulation
- Finish: All normally painted parts are powder painted grey
- Lift: 1 HP, 230/460 Sew Eurodrive motor
- Elevation: Standard 24” infeed, 144” discharge (other heights available upon request)
- Controls: Control panel included
- Guarding: Wire mesh fencing extending 30” in both directions, door interlock included
