Our Bi-Flow Table is built to last and designed to increase efficiency and maximize productivity. Unique bi-directional flow engineering allows products to accumulate and recirculate smoothly, reducing the need for labor. The Bi-Flow table is constructed with high-quality materials and adjustable guides to handle a variety of product sizes.

Features:

Stainless steel conveyor frame with stainless steel components
Belt set high in frame with adjustable guides to handle the variety of product sizes
Belt supported on stainless steel bars with clip-on UHMW wear strips
Belt returned on 1.9″ diameter PVC return roller
Variable speed drives allow for fine-tuning the machine with adjustable motor speeds
Composite bearing housings with stainless steel inserts in-board mounted
Stainless steel drive and idler shafts
End guards – stainless steel construction at each end to protect the operator
Optional: Mild or Stainless
Optional Star wheel:
- Interchangeable wheels for different product sizes
- Slip clutch on star wheel to avoid glass breakage
- Optional belt take away or dead plate after star wheel
