Conveyors designed and built to your needs.
Every conveyor we build is engineered around your product, footprint, and throughput, not pulled off a shelf. Frames, drives, guarding, and UL 508A controls all come out of a one-stop shop in Joliet, Illinois.
A conveyor is only as good as how it matches the rest of the line. We size belt and roller widths to your product, set drive speeds to your rate, and pick frame materials for your environment: dry, wet, or full washdown. Then we wire and program the controls so the section runs in step with the equipment around it.

Common questions.
The questions plant engineers ask us most.
Can you build wash down conveyors?
Yes. Our Wash Down Powered Roller uses IP66 powered rollers, IP67 zone photo-eyes, and control cards in a Type 4X enclosure, with a 304 stainless steel finish. Our Modular Plastic Belt conveyors use an 11 gauge formed stainless steel frame with stainless steel components.
Can you retrofit into an existing line?
Yes. Existing system analysis and upgrade is one of our services, along with field service.
Do you handle controls and installation too?
Yes. We handle concept and design, engineering, fabrication, assembly, PLC and HMI programming, testing, inspection and installation, start-up, and continued support.
