• 11 gauge formed stainless steel conveyor frame with stainless steel components
• Chain roller set high in frame
• 14” wide, #40 nickel plated roller chain with ¾” diameter aluminum rollers with acetyl inserts spaced every 1” on centers
• Chain supported on special acetyl guide bars
• Conveyor frame supported on 2” square tubing leg sets with leveling feet
• 1/2 hp, 230/460v 3/60 inverter rated SEW Eurodrive motor
• Hollow shaft gear reducer mounted on the right side at discharge end
• Belt speed: 80 FPM (variable if controlled with VFD)
• Stainless steel flange bearing with stainless steel inserts
• Stainless steel drive and idler shafts
• Guide rails: Standard 1-1/2” high on both sides
• Optional Catch pan: 14 gauge stainless steel hinged design with formed flanges on three sides, heavy duty stainless steel spring latches, pivot and support brackets
• Optional powered plastic belt transfers at each end, for close transfer jumper driven from the left side
