Belt set high in frame.
Intralox Series 900 Flush Grid belt, blue acetal with polypropylene rods.
Belt supported on stainless steel bars with clip-on UHMW wear strips.
Belt returned on 1.9” diameter PVC rollers.
Conveyor frame suspended with stainless steel hanger brackets.
Floor supported or ceiling hung.
230/460V 3 Phase/60 Hz inverter rated SEW Eurodrive motor (575V available).
Variable belt speed when controlled with variable frequency drive.
Thermoplastic bearing with stainless steel inserts.
Stainless steel drive and idler shafts.
Guide rails: 1-1/2” high on both sides.
Optional catch pan: 14-gauge stainless steel hinged design with formed flanges on three sides, heavy duty stainless steel spring latches, pivot and support brackets.
Optional powered plastic belt transfers at each end, for close transfer jumper driven from the left side.
